Bio-aerosols: Bioaerosols, or biological aerosols, are tiny airborne particles that are biological in nature. That means they either come from a living organism (such as dander from indoor pets or pollen from trees) or are living organisms themselves (such as bacteria and viruses).
VOC of Adsorption: Adsorption is employed to remove volatile organic compounds (VOCs) from low to medium concentration gas streams, when a stringent outlet concentration must be met and/or recovery of the VOC is desired. VOC adsorption filters remove heavy harmful gases and odors.

The Townecraft compact air system reduces or eliminates over 99% of microorganisms such as germs, dust mites, pollens, toxic fumes and allergens. It also drastically reduces the opportunities for airborne illness.

Air Freshening ionization: Air freshening ionizers are used in air purifiers to remove particles from environment’s air to provide a freshening effect. Airborne particles become charged as they attract charged ions from the ionizer by electrostatic attraction.
Activated Oxygen: Activated oxygen is most commonly known as ozone or O3. Ozone contains three atoms of oxygen rather than the two atoms we normally breathe. The extra atom of oxygen becomes a scavenger, destroying pollutants, bacteria, viruses and odors. While this third atom is very powerful it has a short life cycle of only minutes, leaving behind only pure oxygen.

Activated Carbon: A porous carbon material, a char which has been subjected to reaction with gases, sometimes with the addition of chemicals (e.g. ZnCl2) before, during or after carbonization in order to increase its adsorptive properties. Activated carbons have a large adsorption capacity, preferably for small molecules, and are used for purification of liquids and gases. By controlling the process of carbonization and activation, a variety of active carbons having different porosity can be obtained.

Zeolite: Zeolite is used as a molecular sieve to create purified oxygen from air using its ability to trap impurities, in a process involving the adsorption of nitrogen, leaving highly purified oxygen and up to 5% argon.

H.E.P.A.: High-Efficiency Particulate Air (filter).

Biocide Filter: The biocide filter emits an electrostatic field that causes even the smallest airborne particles to clump together, preventing it from passing through to the other side of the filter and back into the air. Biocides are chemical substances or microorganisms which can deter, render harmless, and kill living organisms. In general, biocide exposure may occur by inhalation or dermal contact. Inhalation exposure occurs during spray application or when biocides evaporate from products and treated articles. Dermal exposure occurs when biocides or treated articles are used, cleaned, transported, or stored.

Bio-aerosols: Bioaerosols, or biological aerosols, are tiny airborne particles that are biological in nature. That means they either come from a living organism (such as dander from indoor pets or pollen from trees) or are living organisms themselves (such as bacteria and viruses).

Deodorizer: The deodorizer is a device directly in the air machine that creates activated oxygen and gives it a strong electrical charge, killing bacteria, contaminants and odors in the air by actually splitting the atom molecules of the pollutants. This process results in the cleanest, freshest smelling air possible.
